- STREAM Learning
SFA implemented the unique Multiage STREAM learning model. This model was refined and defined due to our participation in the Archdiocesan I3 ( Investigate & Innovate Institute) Program. Our school partnered with 3 Universities as well as a personal mentor who guided us on our research journey. Through this research, we defined and strengthened our Multiage STREAM learning model. Students participate in STEM/STREAM learning blocks every Friday with lessons centered on the engineering design process in which students solve problems using critical thinking skills. Projects are ground on Catholic Social Teaching in which students creatively solve problems to make the world a better and more just place. Come visit SFA to learn about STREAM!
